Mission

The mission of the Aggie Athletic Foundation is to provide support to the Athletics Department at North Carolina A&T State University and to foster the athletic and academic development of student-athletes. This commitment includes providing financial support for athletic scholarships, facilities, equipment, and other resources to support high performance in all varsity sports with an equal focus on providing a high-quality experience for both student-athletes and supporters while utilizing the highest integrity for athletic excellence within the rules and guidelines established by North Carolina A&T State University, CAA Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

 Overview

The inaugural DC Aggie Golf Classic was held on June 23, 2008 as a fundraising event for the DC Aggie Athletic Foundation. The Aggie Athletic Foundation is the athletic booster organization for North Carolina A&T State University.

The sole objective of this organization is to raise funds for Aggie Athletics. All monies earned from this outing will directly benefit Aggie student-athletics, by supporting academic counseling, proactive monitoring, study skills, development workshops, tutoring programs, career counseling services, and scholarships.

Celebrating its 17th year, the DC Aggie Golf Classic has grown by leaps and bounds. This event will be a four-person scramble and will feature many interesting opportunities for golfers of all levels of expertise. Trophies will be awarded to the winning team members, as well as, hole prizes (longest drive and closest to the pin), and door prizes.

The registration fees are $180 per individual or $720 per foursome. The registration fee includes a full round of golf and a catered lunch.
